Summer Program

Join us under the sky at Kits Pool for our early morning workouts!. We have the pool to ourselves, when about 75 athletes work on stroke technique, including small groups for more personal attention. We also accomodate those more interested in just getting in a solid workout before heading into the office.

This adult swimming program is for swimmers, triathletes and fitness enthusiasts of all abilities -- we only ask you be comfortable swimming one length of Kits Pool (137.5 metres).

Location: Kits Pool, 2305 Cornwall Avenue at Arbutus Street. The pool has full shower and bathroom facilities. See map.

Time: on the deck at 5:45 am, workouts conclude 7:00 am. A definite "morning" person, KC likes to get workouts started on time after a small introduction to the day's workout plan. Please be sure to arrive a few minutes early to check in, get changed, and be ready to hit the water.

What to Bring: We have some gear to share during the workouts, but feel free to bring any personal equipment you like (fins, pull buoys, water bottle, etc.), just be sure to mark your name visibly on it!

Refund policy: A $20.00 administrative fee will be subtracted from all refunds given. After Week 3 of the program, refunds given for medical reasons only.
